Obviously, we are living in uncertain times and no doubt the world will be a different place for the foreseeable future and maybe beyond. Firstly, all of us at Insights, would like to wish all our customers, suppliers, affiliates, associate trainers and colleagues to be kept safe and healthy and advise everyone to follow government guidelines.

I did the Prince2 Foundation and Practioner course with Insights. Even though it was a virtual classroom, there were no issues and the course was delivered just as if we were on site. The trainer, Paul Kelly, is experienced in the subject, a good communicator, and even available before the exams to answer any queries. The course delivery and the materials provided were excellent. I passed both exams and did very well.

Choosing to carry out PRINCE2 certification with Insights was definitely the right choice. Paul is an excellent mentor and communicator that provides help when needed whilst providing clear and useful notes and material in preparation for the exam and future practice. In addition, due to the current global pandemic, the course was designed in a way to be delivered virtually in a safe manner, whilst still being interactive and providing all the necessary material to reach expected objectives. Overall a very professional experience and I would definitely recommend.

I attended a foundation course in Prince2 with Paul Kelly as our instructor. Due to the Covid-19 situation the course was delivered via virtual media. One of the best courses I have attended under project management. It never felt that the course was delivered via online media.The Prince-2 foundation course by Insights really helped me to reflect on the key project management principles, processes and understand what could be done better. Although a very intense course it was delivered with so much emphasis on real life examples of projects and that was what made it most fun. I really look forward to apply these in my current work. Paul was so patient with all my queries and explained it with so much detail but in a simplified manner.Evening study was great fun with revision questions,case studies and exam questions. I am eagerly looking forward to my Prince-2 Practitioner course.I would strongly recommend this course. Thank you Paul !

I attended a foundation course in PRINCE2. As it occurred during the Covid epidemic, the course was led online by Paul. Although Paul had a lot of information to cover, the course was well paced and directed. Paul was very helpful in drawing in real-world examples/ application to base the principles.

Only negative feedback is the fact he's an Ipswich Town supporter!

I would highly recommend Insights after completing Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner certificates. Although the workshop is a demanding week, the knowledge obtained has equipped me with a deeper understanding of project management processes which I will apply to future work moving forward. Paul Kelly demonstrated proficient content delivery through logical walk through of the syllabus whilst being personable and very willing to engage on queries, all the while providing suitable examples of how to best use this knowledge in real life situations. Paul also ensured we were comfortable with what was expected of us during evening study, plus what was expected during examinations. Enjoyed the experience.

The course trainer (Insights-Paul Kelly) presented the course in a way that left no doubt that he knew P2 inside and out. Backed by his real-world personal experience he was able to offer examples that we were all able to relate to to fully understand the subject and ultimately qualify. I must say that I have found it very interesting and has equipped me with the know-how to a structured project management principles which can be applied to my workplace. Mr. Paul Kelly is an outstanding tutor and his confidence in the subject made us feel all at ease that we were with the right tutor! I booked this course less than a week before going, speaking to Kate at Insights was what made me choose this company to go with she was very friendly, honest and helpful. I received the pre reading material which I read before the course. I was very nervous about doing this course as I was aware it was a lot to do in a week and it was very intense. However Paul Kelly made me feel very at ease. The course is very intense but interesting and Paul delivers the material in a very detailed way. You have to remain focused and do the homework that is given but I passed both exams and I am very happy it felt like a huge personal achievement. The location for the course was perfect (Little Channels Golf Club) it was friendly and made you feel very welcome.

I attended the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner course in January 2019. The instructor was Paul Kelly. I can say that having worked in the telecoms industry for almost 38 years, this course was one of the best courses that I have ever attended not only due to the quality of the course material provided but also because of the very practical examples that were used to show how its principles can be allied in everyday workplace scenarios. But that said, a course is only as good as the person who presents it and I can say without fear of contradiction that Paul Kelly is one of the best - if not the best instructor - that I've had the pleasure of being instructed by during the many courses that I have attended over the years.B.M. - Dublin
