I booked this course less than a week before going, speaking to Kate at Insights was what made me choose this company to go with she was very friendly, honest and helpful. I received the pre reading material which I read before the course. I was very nervous about doing this course as I was aware it was a lot to do in a week and it was very intense. However Paul Kelly made me feel very at ease. The course is very intense but interesting and Paul delivers the material in a very detailed way. You have to remain focused and do the homework that is given but I passed both exams and I am very happy it felt like a huge personal achievement. The location for the course was perfect (Little Channels Golf Club) it was friendly and made you feel very welcome.

Self-funded this course with an expectation to receive a solid understanding of PRINCE2 and qualification to both improve my CV and job prospects. This course delivered all of that and more. The course trainer (Insights-Paul Kelly) presented the course in a way that left no doubt that he knew P2 inside and out. Backed by his real-world personal experience he was able to offer examples that we were all able to relate to to fully understand the subject and ultimately qualify. The course material was concise and easy to understandJarrold Training have a long history of providing high quality training and facilities, this is often overlooked when deciding upon a training provider and in PK and St James Mill-Norwich they have demonstrated why they have this reputation.Again, I paid for this course myself so was looking for a good return for my cash and this absolutely did that. I will definitely be using JT/Insights-PK for my onward PM skills progression.

Paul is the best teacher I could have had. He takes you by the hand and accompanies you during the whole training course He is both severely instructive in channelling the key information to make them completely yours and sensitively attentive of both your mood and your preparation for exams. From a training point of view, Paul is brilliant. Paul's knowledge on Prince2 in unquestionable and he delivers the course in a very professional manner. It is an intensive course which demands an excellent trainer, I cannot imagine anyone else being able to deliver this course to the same level as Insights.

I attended the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner course in January 2019. The instructor was Paul Kelly. I can say that having worked in the telecoms industry for almost 38 years, this course was one of the best courses that I have ever attended not only due to the quality of the course material provided but also because of the very practical examples that were used to show how its principles can be allied in everyday workplace scenarios. But that said, a course is only as good as the person who presents it and I can say without fear of contradiction that Paul Kelly is one of the best - if not the best instructor - that I've had the pleasure of being instructed by during the many courses that I have attended over the years.B.M. - Dublin

I would highly recommend Insights after completing Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner certificates. Although the workshop is a demanding week, the knowledge obtained has equipped me with a deeper understanding of project management processes which I will apply to future work moving forward. Paul Kelly demonstrated proficient content delivery through logical walk through of the syllabus whilst being personable and very willing to engage on queries, all the while providing suitable examples of how to best use this knowledge in real life situations. Paul also ensured we were comfortable with what was expected of us during evening study, plus what was expected during examinations. Enjoyed the experience.
