Training is a necessity for organisations that are going through change and wish to develop the skills of their workforce to manage the changes. Our approach to training is based on experience in delivering courses for many types and sizes of organisations and in providing open public courses. The organisations span both public and private sector. All our trainers are approved through the APM Group to deliver the best practice frameworks of PRINCE2, MSP and M_o_R with many years experience in the delivery of training and the implementation of change within a project environment

In House Courses

INSIGHTS recognises that training can be delivered in many different ways. We will discuss your requirements and advise you on an appropriate method of delivery.  This may include tailoring of your course to ensure that all needs and learning outcomes are delivered.  Each attendee at your courses will be provided with comprehensive delegate material and supporting documentation. If appropriate a Case Study can be used to demonstrate the practical application of the subject.

INSIGHTS promotes an informal style of training, using humour and discussion in delivering what is essentially a ‘dry’ subject.  Where appropriate, workgroups are encouraged to enable participation in practical work throughout the course. Feedback is collected from delegates, analysed and a report provided for in-house delivered courses.

Can’t commit resources for consecutive days in one week?

Sometimes it is not possible, or desirable, for organisations to commit staff to training courses during the normal working hours or for 3 or 5 days in one week. INSIGHTS can be flexible in delivering your in-house courses over a number of weeks or even on consecutive Saturdays where required and available. Open Courses

INSIGHTS offers regular open courses in London, Essex, Cambridge and Scotland for PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R and ITIL v3.

Our successful format for our public courses has enabled INSIGHTS to consistently out-perform the national average for passes in both Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Delegates are provided with a copy of the manual as well as comprehensive delegate packs.

We are so confident of our ability to get you through the exams that we will give free attendance at any public course to any delegate who fails an examination until a pass has been obtained. **
