M_o_R® Training Courses

Qualifications

M_o_R® is now regulated so that service providers, user organisations and individuals can be accredited against standards in process and knowledge and regulated through examinations and audits.
Individual qualification levels are Foundation and Practitioner.
The Foundation exam consists of 45 multiple choice questions to be attempted in an hour. This is a closed book exam with a pass mark of 50% (23/45).
The Practitioner exam is a 3-hour scenario-based written exam consisting of three questions to be attempted in three hours. There are three sections. Section A contains one compulsory question, Sections B and C contain two questions each. Delegates must attempt one question from each section. This exam is open book with an overall pass mark of 50%, although the delegates must also achieve 50% in Section A.

M_o_R® Courses

M_o_R® Executive Briefing	Half a day - Participants will acquire an insight into Management_of_Risk, including senior management responsibilities.
M_o_R® Overview	1 day - Participants will acquire an introduction into the method with some practical workshops to identify risks at various levels.
M_o_R® Foundation	A three day event - Participants will obtain a detailed explanation of the methodology, including some practical exercises. The Foundation examination can be taken on the afternoon of the third day.
M_o_R® Practitioner	A five day event including the Foundation and Practitioner examinations for all managers involved in risk management, providing a detailed understanding of the M_o_R® methodology, practical exercises in workgroups and examination technique for the M_o_R® Practitioner exam. The Foundation exam is taken on the fourth day and the Practitioner exam on the final day.

Please note that the APM require every candidate's identification to be verified by the examination invigilator. You may be required to produce some photographic identification before being allowed to take the exam.
